I noticed that lots of support messages sent from founders came from the slow and manual process of launching a private round. I anticipated hundreds of hours wasted as our platform grew and the portion of our users opting for private rounds was only increasing.

With the Launch Operations team, I created product specifications to automate platform support for private rounds under Regulation D 506(b), accounting for our backend architecture and navigating regulatory constraints.

I worked with two other engineers to build out full stack platform support for private rounds, automating everything we could - key flows such as private round launches, contract setup, closing/disbursement processes, investor invite links (for both SPVs and direct-to-cap table). The support messages and tickets we got from private raises dropped by 80%.
