Founder Dashboard
Built a dashboard used by 4,400+ founders to track their fundraise rounds.
Wefunder's platform didn't have a user-intuitive way to track information for current and past fundraise rounds. Our support team was receiving dozens of emails each week from founders asking where to find information related to a fundraise. We needed new interfaces to display complex fundraise data in a way that was easy to read.
In 3 months, I conceptualized, built, and shipped a new dashboard for founders to track their fundraise rounds. Working solo, I was able to communicate across teams without blockers, speak directly with users, and iterate on the order of days.
Round details
Clicking a round in the dashboard opens its details page, with terms, investors, contracts, and round-level operations.
Invite Links
I communicated closely with legal and operations teams to abstract away from resulting product features like invite links.
Self PM-ing
During this process I uncovered inefficient workflows in our private round set up, causing pain points for our users and support teams. This led me to overhaul the private round flow, covered in my next post.
